A Memphis native, Dr. Harvey’s journey in ministry began at an early age, demonstrating a deep passion for God and His people. Over more than 40 years, he has served in multiple pastorates across the country, bringing transformative leadership to congregations in Tennessee, Mississippi, Arizona, and New York. He served as the Senior Pastor of Mount Olivet Baptist Church in Rochester, New York, for eighteen years emphasizing spiritual renewal, community engagement, evangelism, and outreach beyond the church walls.
Dr. Harvey is widely respected for his ability to preach and teach with both power and precision—blending rich biblical exegesis with real-life application.
